All pastries shipped and delivered are perishable, all sales are final, and shipping cost is non-refundable. If an error in mailing information or products quality occurs (due to shipping method chosen) we will happily send another and share the expense. You pay half the cost of the pastries plus half the return shipping charges and we will take care of the rest.
Pastries are made at time of order with a turnaround of 1-7 days depending on order placement time and size. RUSH ORDERS are available for an additional $25 charge per request.

Guilt Free Pastries (GFP) is proud to ship our pastries anywhere within the United States of America. Considering that these yummy pastries are a food product and therefore, perishable, we highly recommend and use UPS Overnight and UPS 2-Day Air Services. Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday, and overnight shipments are shipped Monday-Friday, no orders are shipped on Saturdays. Standard shipping and handling rates apply.

When available this method uses UPS Ground Services which is a 2-3 day service. If you have a preference please let us know. All free shipments are shipped Monday-Wednesday.

All items are made from scratch at time of order. Please allow a minimum of 1-7 days for your order to be created plus the additional shipping time. If the order is a large order please allow at least 7-14 days for creation then shipping time.

GFP can be delivered directly to your doorstep anywhere within the Memphis metropolitan areas; Memphis, East Memphis, Millington, Bartlett, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, Lakeland, Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, West Memphis, and Marion.
Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday: 9am-6pm.
